“Our practical cooperation will bring important results this year. For instance, we [China and Russia] have been working hard to raise two-way trade to US$100 billion,” Russia’s TASS news agency reports Wang as saying Sunday.
Wang said both countries will sign a pact on the Silk Road Economic Belt, start construction of the eastern line of the gas pipeline and reach an agreement on its western line.
The two countries will also undertake research in a joint project for long-haul wide-bodied passenger aircrafts.
“We will launch strategic cooperation in development of the Russian Far east and improve cooperation in high-speed railroads,” Wang said.
