For those who prefer to experience their ‘race-holiday’ locally, Malaysia also hosts several adventure races. Travel to different parts of the country to participate or watch these events.

1. Ironman Langkawi

2. Powerman Asia Duathlon Championships Putrajaya

3. 113 Triathlon Malaysia

The 113 comprises swimming, cycling, and running through the amazing landscapes of Malaysia. The 113 Triathlon Malaysia is held in Desaru, Johor, on May 5; while the 113 OD (Olympic Distance) Triathlon is held in Melaka on April 15. 4. Spartan Race, Semenyih, Selangor

The Spartan Race offers three types of obstacle course races with different levels of difficulty: Sprint, Super, and Beast.
