KUALA SELANGOR, Feb 26 (Bernama) — A Royal Malaysian Air Force (TUDM) transport aircraft crashed landed near the seashore at Batu 2, Kuala Selangor here Friday morning.
The plane also burst into flames in the incident at 8.40 am. The eight crew survived.
Selangor Fire and Rescue operations assistant director Mohd Sani Harul said in a statement today that the department received a report on the incident from members of the public who witnessed the incident.
“Nevertheless, the victims managed to save themselves with the assistance of local fishermen,” he said, adding, the incident was being investigated.
