AUO exhibits again at CES and presents the next generation of the Smart Cockpit 2025
Under the theme of “Infinite Future, Unlimited Possibilities”, AUO will showcase advanced display HMI solutions in vehicles with BHTC for the future of intelligent mobility.
HSINCHU , Nov. 29, 2024 / — AUO, a global leader in advanced display human-machine interface (HMI) solutions for the mobility industry, returns to CES to showcase the next-generation Smart Cockpit 2025 at Booth 4400 in the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center from January 7-10, 2025.
Highlighting the theme of “Infinite Future, Unlimited Possibilities,” Smart Cockpit 2025 features AUO’s industry-leading display HMI solutions, complemented by best-in-class climate control units and outstanding HMI system solutions from subsidiary BHTC. To meet both the smart and green mobility strategies of automakers, AUO will also showcase its green solutions, enabling a new era of environmental sustainability.

Earlier this year, with the acquisition of BHTC, AUO expanded its products by combining AUO’s core display technology and innovative MicroLED technology with BHTC’s robust HMI capabilities. The integration has enabled AUO to diversify its product range and position itself as the only provider in the market to offer comprehensive mobility solutions for displays, operating systems and integrated human-machine interface hardware and software, creating significant value for its customers.
AUO’s next-generation Smart Cockpit, which won the CES Best of Innovation Award at CES 2024, incorporates breakthrough technologies and innovative applications of display HMI solutions for the vehicle cockpit – from the front dashboard to the rear window – and provides vehicle occupants with a visual experience never seen before.
In addition, some of AUO’s green solutions will be on display. To promote sustainability, green technologies are used in the products, such as power-saving display innovations, reusable materials and renewable energy. The company also uses artificial intelligence and wastewater treatment for recycling and pollution reduction to achieve sustainable smart manufacturing, which has won the Manufacturing Leadership Award from the National Association of Manufacturers in the US and been recognized as a Global Lighthouse Network by the World Economic Forum.
