KUALA LUMPUR (March 3): Radium Development Berhad (Radium) has recently launched ‘RadiumX’—a cutting-edge mobile application to enhance connectivity between homebuyers, communities, and investment opportunities.

Its launching marks a significant milestone in Radium’s digital transformation strategy, reinforcing its commitment to innovation and community-focused development.

By integrating sustainability principles, the app reduces costs and paper waste while adapting to the evolving needs of its users, according to group managing director Datuk Gary Gan Kah Siong.

“The launch of ‘RadiumX’ is a pivotal step in our digital transformation efforts, reinforcing our mission to build beyond physical spaces and create meaningful, technology-driven experiences.

“By integrating digital solutions into our ecosystem, we are not only enhancing accessibility and transparency but also fostering a stronger sense of community among homebuyers, investors, and other stakeholders,” he said, describing it as a game-changer for the real estate industry.

With the tagline ‘One App, Endless Possibilities’, RadiumX offers various features that provide users with a comprehensive view of Radium’s projects, latest property news, and updates.

Built on four core pillars—empowerment, innovation, community, and a future-focused vision—the app is designed to evolve continuously, ensuring seamless connectivity and engagement.

The mobile app’s key features include ‘Property Xplore’ which provides users with an in-depth look at Radium’s property offerings; and ‘EngageX’ for property owners to monitor developments, track progressive payments, and stay updated on activities leading to vacant possessions.

Additionally, ‘ReferX’ introduces a referral programme that rewards users for introducing Radium’s developments to others, as part of the group’s initiatives towards creating a mutually beneficial ecosystem.

“The first successful referral under the ‘ReferX’ programme has already been completed, with the user receiving their reward within 14 days of confirmation, demonstrating the initiative’s strong potential,” said Gan.

Now available for download on iOS and Android platforms, ‘RadiumX’ is set to play an integral role in Radium’s digital transformation journey.
