Green Hydrogen Innovation Shanghai Electric unveiled its Bristack-Z1000 alkaline electrolyzer, a breakthrough in green hydrogen production. This system offers low power consumption, high electrical density, and rapid response, operating with a DC current consumption 12% lower than industry standards at 2500 A/m2. Certified by TÜV Rheinland, the electrolyzer’s flexible support and efficient gas-to-liquid transfer highlight its potential in green hydrogen applications.
Sustainable Formaldehyde Production The company introduced an energy-efficient formaldehyde production technology that integrates pure oxygen pressure gasification, fluidized bed gasification, and high-temperature tar conversion. By utilizing intermittent wind and solar energy, this system significantly reduces carbon emissions, offering a more sustainable and reliable production process.
Next-Generation Photovoltaics Shanghai Electric showcased its Creator 210R series heterojunction photovoltaic modules, featuring high efficiency, low temperature coefficients, and birefringence. This system integrates thermal bonding and membrane methods to increase heat transfer efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and minimize land usage. The desalination technology can produce large volumes of fresh water daily, consuming less than 2 kWh per ton of water, and has an annual utilization rate exceeding 95%.
