Wheels Up Lets Flyers Support Clean Aviation with New SAF Program
Private jet company Wheels Up has launched a first-of-its-kind program allowing charter customers to support Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) through a new partnership with Delta Air Lines.
SAF is a cleaner alternative to jet fuel that reduces lifecycle emissions by up to 80%. While still limited in availability, customers can now contribute to SAF sourcing, regardless of where or how they fly.
Partnering with sustainability tech firm Chooose, Wheels Up ensures contributions are traceable and meaningful—even if SAF isn’t available on a customer’s specific route.

This move marks another step in aligning luxury air travel with modern climate goals.
