Zalora Joins Shop Malaysia Online Campaign, Powered By Mdec
Initiative sets out to stimulate the economy with offers up to 50% discounts and cashback deals
14 July 2021, Kuala Lumpur – ZALORA, Asia’s Online Fashion and Lifestyle Destination will participate in the Shop Malaysia Online campaign, an initiative by the Malaysian Government, powered by Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC). The campaign on ZALORA runs from July to December, and aims to support Malaysian sellers and Small-and-Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) to diversify and scale their operations online.
The co-funded campaign will assist beneficiaries to enhance their sales capabilities and drive export of Malaysian brands and products. Shop Malaysia Online will stimulate online purchases by giving away incentives such as discounts, rebates and shopping vouchers via ZALORA as an e-commerce platform. Customers can enjoy up to 50% off discounts and cashback on orders with a minimum purchase from ZALORA’s range of categories ranging from Fashion, Sports, Luxury, Lifestyle and Home & Living.
This will be the second year ZALORA participates in the Shop Malaysia Online campaign, and is a testament to the support for Government initiatives to stimulate the economy. Malaysian businesses and jobs are at the forefront of ZALORA’s priority as an e-commerce player in South East Asia, while continuously striving to provide solutions for Micro and SMEs to flourish in these difficult times of COVID-19.
