Zoomlion presents groundbreaking machines and intelligent solutions at bauma CHINA 2024
SHANGHAI , Nov. 30, 2024 / — On November 26, Zoomlion kicked off its participation in this year’s Bauma CHINA in Shanghai with the exhibition on the theme of “Greener Development, Brighter Future”. Zoomlion’s Chairman and General Manager Zhan Chunxin attended the event together with the company’s leadership team. This is Zoomlion’s largest exhibition at bauma CHINA to date .
The company will showcase more than 70 products and solutions from nine major categories at bauma CHINA , including mobile cranes, concrete machinery, construction hoisting machinery, earthmoving machinery, mining machinery, aerial work platforms, foundation equipment, industrial vehicles and new building materials.
Zoomlion’s green driverless equipment on display at bauma CHINA 2024
One of the highlights was the unveiling of the world’s tallest self-propelled aerial work platform, with an impressive height of 82 meters. A representative from Zoomlion commented on the achievement: “This is the third time that Zoomlion’s intelligent aerial work platform has set a world record, having previously achieved heights of 68 and 72 meters.” The largest tonnage electric crawler crane, the truck with the longest boom, the first hybrid vehicle for mining and other cutting-edge products also impressed visitors.
Zoomlion’s multi-scenario solutions for smart construction sites are on display at bauma CHINA in the dynamic demonstration zone. The demonstration features fully electric, driverless construction machines – an excavator, a skid steer loader and an articulated aerial work platform – and demonstrates their ability to operate in integrated autonomous mode through Zoomlion’s proprietary solutions.
Zoomlion also provides customized intelligent construction solutions for specific scenarios. In mining, for example, its subsidiary Zvalley provides an integrated solution for intelligent mining with autonomous trucks and remote-controlled operations. Other exhibits included digitized lifting products, advanced commercial intelligent lifting systems, digital concrete specialty products and autonomous tower crane solutions, giving exhibition visitors a comprehensive picture of the evolution of construction equipment from tools to intelligent decision-making systems.
At bauma CHINA, Zoomlion not only exhibited its best-selling products, but also presented customized solutions for key international markets. Highlights included the third-generation Australian truck mixer, a 38-meter truck-mounted pump specially developed for Western Europe, four models of next-generation foundation machines, and ten series of compact earthmoving machines that are very popular with international customers. This highlights Zoomlion’s latest achievements in R&D and overseas manufacturing.
On the first day, customers from Australia, Latin America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe signed contracts with Zoomlion. These deals include the sale of mobile cranes, concrete machines, construction hoists, earthmoving machines and aerial work platforms, among others. Zoomlion also held in-depth discussions with international financial institutions.
During the exhibition, Zoomlion also organized the “Zoomlion Impressions: Hunan Highlights” event and invited over 300 international customers to travel to Changsha by chartered flight . At Zoomlion’s Smart Industrial City, the world’s largest and most versatile integrated machinery manufacturing base, customers could experience the wonders of China’s cutting-edge intelligent manufacturing.
