TOKYO, Jun 29 (NNN-NHK) – Japanese Finance Minister, Shunichi Suzuki, yesterday said, the country plans to put into circulation three types of new banknotes in Jul, 2024, with the latest anti-counterfeiting technologies.

Suzuki made the announcement, after inspecting the National Printing Bureau in Tokyo, noting that, the circulation of the new 10,000-yen note, 5,000-yen note and 1,000-yen note is scheduled to begin in the first half of July next year.
