Juwairiya Zulkifli Unveiled Agenda Hulu Kelang
Hulu Kelang, August 6, 2023 – Juwairiya Zulkifli, Pakatan Harapan’s candidate for N18 Hulu Kelang has introduced her working plan, “Agenda Hulu Kelang.” This initiative is carefully designed to meet the diverse needs of the Hulu Kelang state constituency.
“Agenda Hulu Kelang” takes a realistic approach, combining practicality with achievable goals, and stands to be beneficial for the eclectic community of over 71,000 voters in Hulu Kelang. Juwairiya Zulkifli’s commitment to delivering tangible results and staying true to the state’s Perpaduan pledge,”5 Tekad Untuk 5 Tahun,” sets her apart as a promising leader ready to drive positive change.
With Agenda Hulu Kelang, Juwairiya puts forth a comprehensive plan underpinned by six crucial pillars:

3. Amplifying the Role and Dignity of Women
4. Unlocking Youth Potential
5. Energising Economic Activities
6. Upholding the Rights of Orang Asli
The proposals within Agenda Hulu Kelang are designed to address the immediate community needs and offer sustainable solutions to fulfil its constituents’ long-term aspirations. Each initiative, from bolstering community safety and well-being to nurturing youth potential, empowering women, stimulating economic growth, and safeguarding the rights of Orang Asli, is designed with meticulous attention to detail upon consultation with the local community, ensuring both realistic and attainable outcomes.
“Agenda Hulu Kelang stands as my commitment to drive meaningful, feasible, and realistic working plan for our vibrant community, in sync with the broader objectives of the ‘5 Tekad Untuk 5 Tahun’ pledge announced by Dato’ Seri Haji Amirudin bin Shari,” said Juwairiya.
Citing the plan to provide women with free legal advice related to family laws, Juwairiya is committed to highlighting and uplifting the dignity of women within the community. The candidate is also putting in a specific plan for the youth such as the proposal to develop a dedicated Youth Development Hub in Hulu Kelang to unlock the potential of youth by conducting computer programing courses, language classes and mini TVET training.
As a nature lover, Juwairiya also puts special attention to the rights of Hulu Kelang’s people for a green environment. She is committed to safeguarding the green zone in the Taman Melawati area as a functioning natural ecosystem.
“It is important to have a balance between physical development and the preservation of nature’s function within our modern society. I will put in my best effort to cater to these needs. I believe the electors of Hulu Kelang will see Agenda Hulu Kelang as a sign of my commitment to deliver the best possible service for them. I truly hope the voters in Hulu Kelang will cast their vote on the 12th of August based on facts and rationalities,” added Juwairiya.
